The Third Vice President shall be the Director of the Children of the Confederacy Chapters of the Division. She shall be assisted by a Committee of four (4) members. She shall endorse applications for charter, sign certificates of membership and send records of a member of the Children of the Confederacy to the Business Office when such members desire to transfer to the United Daughters of the Confederacy. She shall have authority to enforce the Children of Confederacy Code of Behavior. She shall arrange for and supervise the Annual Division Convention of the Children of the Confederacy. She shall preside at the Children of the Confederacy activities at Division Convention and with the Division President and Convention Chairman plan the program for the Children. She shall make a report of all the Division C of C work to the Third Vice President General and to the Annual Division UDC Convention.
