The Second Vice President shall be the Director of Educational Work and serve as Chairman of the Committee on Education. Her duties shall be governed by rules for scholarship awards and she shall keep an accurate record of Scholarship recipients. UDC Scholarships shall not be approved for students who are receiving the maximum amounts established by the Federal Scholarship Guidelines. She shall review and submit applications for General Scholarships to the Second Vice President General. 

She shall prepare a condensed statistical report of all educational activities of the Division for the Second Vice President General and for the Division Convention. She shall preside at the Division Convention Education Luncheon and in cooperation with the Division President and Convention Chairman plan the program and select the speaker for the luncheon.
