This is a reminder that any proposed changes to the Florida Division Standing Rules must be sent to me by April 1st.  I don't have to receive them by that date but the postage cancellation stamp must have a date no later than April 1st.  Standing Rules may be amended every year at Convention.  Bylaws are amended only in the odd numbered years.   Mail your proposed changes to: Zee Porter, Chairman  Florida Division Bylaws Committee,  9677 Heather Circle West,  Palm Beach Gardens, Fl 33410-5467
