The
Chaplain's Report Form and the In Memoriam
Report Form are due to the Florida Division Chaplain as soon as possible after the
death of a member. Please attach an obituary to the Chaplain's Report
Form.

a. The
Chaplain shall be responsible for the Invocation for all meetings of the
Division.
b. She
shall be Chairman of the Memorial Committee and shall guide this
Committee in the planning of the Memorial Service at Annual Division
Convention.
c. She
shall have charge of the Book of Memories, which shall carry the names
of all deceased members, date of death and place of burial, and Chapter
affiliation.
d. She
shall furnish to the Division President, who shall send to the General
Chaplain prior to September 15th of each year, quadruplicate lists of
deceased Chapter members.
e. She
shall receive all “In Memoriam” notices from Chapters and members
and shall forward same to the appropriate Editor of the UDC Magazine.
